Refund Policy

1. Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Hardero order to request a return and refund. This applies to all orders placed through bonespolish.shop, regardless of your location within Australia.

2. How to request a return

To initiate a return, contact our team within 14 days of delivery:

• Include your name, phone number, and order date in your message.

Our team will provide return instructions and a return address within 2 business days.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Unopened products: full refund.
• Partially used products: subject to review; refund may be proportional.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

4. Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or by bank transfer if the order was cash-on-delivery.

5. Non-returnable items

Products that have been significantly used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund (subject to Australian Consumer Law statutory rights).

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the return window.
